What You'll Do Here:

Technical Product Managers craft strategic solutions that meet our growing market needs at scale across our SaaS infrastructure. Working across business units and subject areas, TPMs understand the commonalities of our user experiences and build roadmaps to deliver value to our customers.

Technical Products Managers perform according to 5 key dimensions:

  • You’ll identify value for our customers by reviewing workflows, highlighting their challenges and discover unmet needs. Working with UX, Engineering and Research, you’ll test your hypothesis and iterate on solutions.

  • You’ll develop roadmaps and prioritize results, while accounting for constraints, to hit objectives based on your understanding of the business drivers/needs and SaaS technology stack.

  • Be a team leader and incorporate the team’s perspectives in discovery work and roadmap development. Build consensus with your roadmaps and link to business goals that are based on clear requirements. And you’ll build a culture of team excellence – making efficient and effective tradeoff decision – while consistently deliver on time without compromising quality.

  • Communication is key and you’ll be regularly sharing vision, roadmaps, progress, and dependencies as well as working with partners to align around dependencies and work together to mitigate risks.

  • Finally, you’ll define clear measures of success aligned to the corporate strategy, customer needs and business outcomes. You’ll regularly assess the business impact of released functionality and bring to bear new research, industry trends and other data to identify and use new insights and improve outcomes.

Skills You Will Need Here:

  • 5+ years of experience in software product management.

  • A track record of successful product launches

  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer discovery efforts, including ideating, prototyping, testing, and iterating on solutions with customers

  • Experience with high growth or transformative companies, or high-growth software divisions within larger companies is a requirement.

  • Comfort working closely with software teams and engineers.

  • Proven track record in developing analysis-based strategic plans to penetrate markets and develop successful products

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix environment

  • Communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis to day-to-day management

  • Proficiency with Agile, Continuous Integration/Development, DevOps SDLC models.

  • Experience in management and/or technology consulting highly preferred

  • BA or equivalent experience, CS or business degree a plus.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$117,100.00 - $187,300.00 USD
