Job Description

The Concentrix Community & Culture organization is seeking a new member of its team to act as the administrator of the newly formed Concentrix Foundation, and also the coordinator of corporate and community partnerships (globally).

Coordinate the creation of the Concentrix Foundation, including:

> Establish Mission Statement

> Develop branding strategy & create marketing and event collateral

> Establish web page

> Coordinate fundraising strategy, including, employee payroll deductions

> Establish processes and procedures for automating, receiving, assessing, and approving CNX Foundation grant applications from employees (criteria will be either financial hardship or disaster relief)

Ongoing Foundation duties will include (but not be limited to):

> Serve as point-person for day-to-day questions, inquiries and needs for clients, including high-profile individuals

> Advise the Sr. Director, Community & Culture on IRS rules and regulations for Fiscally Sponsored Organizations

> Manage foundations donations: processing gifts, approving thank you letters, and creating online giving portals

> Performing due diligence and contacting on potential grantees or scholarship recipients

> Critically evaluate growth opportunities and ways for CNX to increase impact

> Oversee the planning and coordination of events and fundraiser

Act as liaison between CNX sites and local community organizations involving CNX employee time & skills (volunteering), cash donations, in-kind giving, and leadership

Develop strategies on how CNX can best leverage its corporate partnerships and investment to benefit the CNX core business and the public good

Candidate Profile:

Minimum of Bachelors Degree

At least one (1) year of community engagement, community outreach and fundraising experience

At least one (1) year of experience working effectively with non-government organizations (NGO)

Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills

Strong time management, and organizational skills

The ability to act as liaison between CNX sites and local community organizations involving CNX employee time & skills (volunteering), cash donations, in-kind giving, and leadership

The ability to develop strategies on how CNX can best leverage its corporate partnerships and investment to benefit the CNX core business and the public good
