Our opportunity:

Reporting to Automation Anywhere's Head of Global Digital and Demand Generation, the Sr. Marketing Manager, Webinars responsible for planning, creating, managing, executing, measuring, and scaling the global webinar programs into a lead and pipeline generation engine. You will partner with our Global Web, Digital and Field Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Services and Marketing Operations team to provide seamless development and execution of our webinar programs.

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Webinars will need to be an excellent multi-tasker and proactive communicator to effectively manage multiple objectives from internal and external customers. In addition, this role will need to develop technical expertise across our platforms, and work in a knowledge-transfer capacity by developing best practices and training materials to share with the organization. The best candidate for this position will be highly collaborative with the ability to influence and guide decisions, remain calm under pressure, and take decisive action when necessary. Additionally, the Sr. Marketing Manager, Webinars should be capable of – and enjoy – working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the webinar process - from cross-functional team kick-off, speakers briefing, creating, and managing deadline sheets, successful promotion, dry-run, and recordings to live event monitoring and follow up

  • Collaborating with our Content, Product Marketing and Customer Marketing team to develop and produce webinars briefs that align with the buyer's journey from awareness to purchase

  • Developing and executing a clearly defined webinar strategy and calendar that supports marketing and sales lead generation goal

  • Developing innovative ways to take the webinar program to the next level by delivering new webinar formats, finding creative ways to reuse webinar content, and driving new on-demand strategy and execute across various demand generation and digital marketing teams across web, social, email, sales enablement, and other channels

  • Developing webinar demand generation best practices to optimize registrations and attendance

  • Collaborating with content, web marketing and marketing operations team to build email copy, landing page copy, webinar abstracts, and other supporting materials

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of managing and executing Webinars

  • Hands-on experience with BrightTalk and/or Zoom required

  • Familiarity with video editing platforms and audio equipment

  • Proficiency with marketing automation software Marketo and Salesforce
