The Role

The Customer Success Marketing Team at Lumen delivers data-driven campaigns to help our customers digitally transform and achieve their critical business objectives. We are a team of data-driven and passionate professionals, grounded in providing a differentiated, “customer-first” experience.

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution and measurement of the Customer Success Team’s Digital First efforts. In this role, you will bring a start-up company and creative mindset to this amazing team to help to deliver outstanding and highly impactful digital campaigns.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of digital marketing specialists, driving the development and execution of intent- driven, Digital First Campaigns

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product and Corporate Marketing and across Customer Success Marketing to deliver strategic integrated digital campaigns including landing pages, display advertising, paid social and outbound emails.

  • Evaluate, select and oversee all paid media and creative agency relationships in the development of banner advertising and premium content, including infographics, videos and eBooks

  • Track and measure program performance against industry benchmarks and desired outcomes in support of customer retention and development efforts

  • Manage the team’s annual digital budget in close collaboration with finance to maximize return on investment

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • MBA in Marketing preferred

  • 10+ years of telecommunications technology and/or IT marketplace experience required

  • 3-5 years of experience managing people directly required

  • 2-3 years of agency experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and track integrated digital ABM campaigns throughout the customer journey

  • High energy, self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal and writing skills

  • Exceptional presentation skills, including ability to create and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to executive audiences

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, from concept to deliverable, on time

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, buyer personas, buyer’s journeys, lead nurturing and marketing/sales automation platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo
