Position Summary

The Senior Lead, Go-to-Market (GTM) Technology Solutions is accountable for identifying, prioritizing, implementing, and maintaining the technology solutions needed for a successful digitized Go-to-Market process. This role will drive the technology transformation from physical to digital/hybrid ways of going to market and selling for over 400 global teammates. This role collaborates closely with the Vice President of Go-To-Market Commercial Optimization, Senior Vice President of Global Product Supply, and the Corporate Real Estate leadership to unite the vision, strategic objectives and advance the new Go-to-Market technology operating model. This role will partner with executives and leaders at the global level within the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions to define and implement the Go-to-Market technology digital journey. The GTM leader is the champion for emergent technology, innovation, and proof of concepts to deliver on physical to digital/hybrid ways of going to market outcome. You will achieve this outcome by collaborating across the enterprise to build the GTM technology vision and set strategy, in partnership with the GTM executive sponsors and steering committee. It requires building the high-tech GTM portfolio and coordinating the technology program enabling the digital transformation journey. The leader is accountable for establishing and driving GTM technology operations. In addition, this role will also communicate the unified GTM & CRE strategy, business imperatives, technology platform advancements, key performance indicators, and best-in-class practices to stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Combine business, sales, and technology leadership expertise with best-in-class industry knowledge to build the new Go-to-Market technology operating model.

  • Operationalize the GTM Model to advance the global digital showroom platform, deliver world-class hybrid selling experiences for Under Armour Wholesalers and teammates, and transform the infrastructure to capitalize on the next big emergent technology.

  • Build a vendor center of excellence to realize the GTM Operational Model vision in partnership with Global Technology, Chief Operating Officer Organization, Chief Product Organization, Procurement, and Legal.

  • Engage the business and technology enablement partners to drive human-centric methodologies, designing experiential practices, elevating existing processes.

  • Lead the development of the GTM technology strategy and roadmap to integrate with the enterprise strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans. Provide a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects.

  • Ensure that the Enterprise is developing the digital assets and capabilities that will be needed to enable the GTM Commercial Optimization vision.

  • Define and report on GTM technology and business KPIs that represent progress against Commercial Optimization goals.

  • Act as a thought leader on emerging business and technology GTM models, partner to define and communicate the technology future to the enterprise.

  • Scan the industry and market to stay abreast of the latest work, hybrid sell-in, go-to-market, and business trends. Facilitate cross-leader workshops to inform stakeholders on these futuristic trends.

  • Effectively manage priorities across multiple technology teams and business partners. Demonstrate strong meeting and workshop facilitation skills, and conflict resolution. Assess business impact, prioritize, and articulate trade-offs with cross-functional partners.

  • Drive clarity and continuous improvement to the way technology works, brings efficiencies, improves transparency, and supports teammate adoption and satisfaction.

  • Manage a small team that champions and executes the Commercial Optimization GTM technological business vision and technology operations.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Understand the distinct types of business and operating models (existing, new, emerging, and hybrid).

  • Have a deep understanding of evolving technology in these contexts: how teammates and companies use technology to advance GTM strategies leading to growth and profitability.

  • Ability to design and construct business capabilities, value streams, business processes, and technology structures.

  • Develop and communicate strategy, priorities, and plans with different stakeholders, considering business imperatives, technology platform evolution. Use data, systems, and industry best practices to solve complex challenges and changing priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to tell powerful compelling stories. Must have a global mindset, able to interact effectively across functions, and build strong enterprise alliances.

  • Build and coach on better ways of working and partnering. Operate as a single stream with peer functions.

  • Coordinate multiple and conflicting demands. Ability to meet deadlines. Organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work with ambiguity and try new solutions to existing or new problems.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking and consulting skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologies

Education And / Or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering. M.B.A. preferred.

  • Minimum of 8+ years of business or IT experience with a direct responsibility for strategy formulation and/or translation, business analytics, and program management.

  • 5+ years’ work experience in e-commerce or omni-channel environment preferred

  • Leadership experience in one or more of the following areas: business transformation and optimization, strategic planning, leadership, business relationship management and business process management.

  • Proven success in the development and delivery of efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

  • Experienced facilitator leading multidiscipline, high-performance teams.
