About the role:

As part of the Global Finance team, you will report to Finance Head, Oncology Financial Planning & Analysis Global Functions and partner with various functions such as Human Resources, Communications, Ethics & Compliance, and Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T). Along with providing financial and business analysis support as part of the Oncology Business Unit Financial Planning & Analysis responsibilities.

How you will contribute:

  • This Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will provide financial business partnering to the Global Oncology G&A Functions (HR, Finance, BU Management, Communications, Ethics & Compliance) along with the Oncology Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) teams

  • This position will provide financial and business analysis support as part of the OBU FP&A responsibilities including the Monthly/Quarterly closes and Planning/Forecasting cycles

  • The role offers an exciting opportunity for a detailed, intellectually curious, and analytically minded candidate.

  • Key customers include global members of the Oncology BU Finance team and members of the Global Functions / G&A / DD&T teams.

  • Responsible or monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Facilitate the forecast, budget and long range forecast

  • Manage relationships with the following teams to ensure alignment Oncology Business Unit finance requirements

  • Maintain business partnership with OPEX management and support

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in an accounting / financial discipline is required or equivalent experience, with more than 3 years of working experience.

  • Experience with management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting is required.

  • Experience in dealing with people with a keen focus on customer service is required.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization preferred

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry preferred

  • Working as part of a team is required
