Job Overview

RGM – Away From Home (AFH) Senior Analyst

As the Revenue Growth Senior Analyst you will directly support AFH eCommerce (KAD.com) and other AFH channels. You will be responsible for partnering with Sales Leadership to develop the strategies and plans necessary to meet the organization’s revenue growth deliverables for your area of responsibility. Your main focus will be working with the enterprise’s data sources and trade solutions to harvest insight and influence the pricing and promotional actions needed to drive business results while adhering to the commercial strategy and acting coherently within the marketplace. This will require both exceptional analytical skills and strong collaboration with other functions including Sales and Finance.

What you will do:

  • Drive strategies and plans necessary to meet revenue growth objectives for AFH KAD.com and other AFH channels

  • Own pricing guardrails consistent with broader channel, deal strategy, post-event analyses and overall channel strategy

  • Identify go-to-market strategies and growth opportunities in ‘white-space’ areas in the channel

  • Assist with new account launches and provide linkage back to RGM HQ and sales leadership

  • Support AFH connected brewer launch and data analyses

  • Assists with developing fact based views through data analytics utilizing connected brewer portal

  • Identify opportunity to improve incremental consumption through connected data insights

  • Manage brewer rebate programs with third party (Blueworld) and internal trade marketing teams

  • Trade analytics and programming

  • Responsible for the management of multiple trade programs to support AFH ‘return to work’ timing

  • Develop and maintain trackers to support large, medium and small office programming

  • Own trade programming and analytics for food service and hospitality channels

  • Identification of customer specific insight through utilization of the enterprise’s Trade Promotional Optimization platform

  • Evaluation of promotional effectiveness for customer activities (Return On Investment (ROI), Household (HH) penetration), Volume lift

  • Provide a linkage from sales team to headquarter RGM team to ensure delivery of thought leadership & analytical acumen to account team

  • Stewardship of Sales Team Performance Management Routine

  • Accountable for team routines measuring key topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – volume, price/mix, revenue drivers

  • Responsible for stewardship of performance vs plan drivers

  • Own Plan Validation Report (PVR) tool to track financial metrics and sales outlooks

  • Support sales outlook process, POS data reporting, event library maintenance, weekly pacing report and Salescloud reporting

Requirements

  • Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

  • Technical and Other Skills:

  • Proficient in fundamentals of big data and analytics

  • Strong MS Excel skills preferred

  • Firm understanding of terms for business analytics (ROI, lift, profitability) based on coursework or practical experience (including internships)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Required Competencies and aptitudes:

  • Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others

  • Ability to work flexible hours as required

  • Good organizational skills and able to handle a high work volume

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
