Customer Success Group
Our Strategic Projects consulting team delivers large-scale, custom Salesforce implementations. Engagements span across any Salesforce cloud product or solution, and often include multi-cloud implementations. Our Solution Architects and Solution Consultant lead consultative engagements with complex enterprise customers, partnering with key stakeholders to create compelling visions while advising and executing on strategies. They serve as hands-on advisors, using strong interpersonal skills, functional and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver customer ROI.

Solution Architects are strong presenters and facilitators, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving the difficult conversations necessary to execute business strategies. They are proficient at analyzing issues and obstacles to determine root cause(s), weighing options, choosing appropriate courses of action, and measuring and revising strategy based on results. They interact with both technical and functional customers to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions. They also show a strong understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives. Functional Architects contribute with thought leadership and best practices - both internally in their Community and externally in the marketplace - and advocate for change across the organization.
SolutioConsultants are strong presenters and facilitators, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving the difficult conversations necessary to execute business strategies. They interact with both technical and functional customers to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions. They also show a strong understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives. Senior Functional Consultants contribute to thought leadership and best practices, both internally in their Community and externally in the marketplace.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications desired
Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud foundational knowledge highly desired
Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications desired
Experience configuring Email Studio (including Contact Builder, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder) required
Experience configuring additional Marketing Cloud functionality (Audience Builder, Advertising Studio, Audience Studio)
Experience with the Sales/Service Cloud to Marketing Cloud connector desired
Experience with diagramming software required (LucidCharts, Visio, etc)
Real Time Interaction Management (RTIM) foundational knowledge desired
Familiarity with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques
Familiarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, SSO and data encryption
Experience in the interactive marketing industry desired
Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids. Ability to conceptualize and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams
Demonstrated ability to conduct business requirement discovery and tailor concise messaging for all layers of a customer organization from execution layer to c-suite.
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Specializes in gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable
Travel to client site (average of 50%), but may be higher or lower based on the client engagement
