Oracle Senior Sales Business Partner in Boston, Massachusetts
Job Description
Oracle Health Business Operations is looking for a Senior Sales Business Partner to join our organization. As a Senior Sales Business Partner on the Sales Effectiveness team, you will work to impact change by aligning standard sales reporting and processes across the sales community to meet the segment’s vision, business strategy and objectives. You will provide governance for all sales processes through facilitation of structured reporting and events, and make recommendations on how to deliver information, sales resources, competitive intelligence, and financial support for segment needs. You will leverage business data to provide insight into business performance and recommend areas for improving operations for an organization, manage quarterly and annual planning processes including business reviews, forecasting materials and planning data. You will create and manage sales analytics and leverage internal partnerships to translate analytical needs outside standard reporting to aid in solving segments’ business problems. As a key member of the team, you facilitate special projects and programs that advance business process and organizational competencies and capabilities.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Manage Sales Processes for rolling 4Q forecast and current quarter deal review
Manages Funnel Clean Up Exercises with Sales team
Aid in adoption of standard reporting and creation of custom reporting.
Collaborate and provide visibility to sales best practices across organization and provide advance notice to upcoming initiatives to ensure smooth transition (including but not limited Oracle integration related items)
Partner with respective leader provide reporting and team communication on key growth initiatives and campaigns
Provide new hire onboarding assistance on basic sales processes and onboarding tasks
Run point on marquee Marketing events to ensure successful operations for the events as well as be a conduit between Sales and marketing where applicable
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 2 year of Sales, project/program management, event planning/management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, Marketing or related field
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Hiring Range: from $27.79 to $60.63 per hour; from $57,800 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
