Your Responsibilities as a Sr Project Manager/LSP: Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental projects (IH, Environmental, and Stormwater). Manage multiple projects at once ranging in size from $1K - $500k. Write and review technical reports and proposals. Source for new business opportunities. Hire and manage subcontractors. What we're looking for: BA/BS in Environmental Science/Engineering or other related field. 10 to 20 years of solid technical experience. Professional license LSP required, both LSP/LEP preferred. Ability to navigate through environmental regulatory projects in the New England states, including but not limited to reportable release notifications, regulatory reporting, planning, and managing site personnel, identifying contaminants of concern, and client interaction. Strong relationships with municipal and state regulators preferred. Ability to plan, implement and manage large and small environmental jobs, including but not limited to site investigations, remediation, state cleanup programs, tank projects, and hazardous waste projects. Water resources (stormwater, wastewater, etc.) and environmental compliance experience is a plus. Experience with waterfront redevelopment, permitting and compliance, and renewable energy markets preferred. Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Industrial hygiene (hazardous building materials and/or occupational exposure) experience is a plus. Ability to engage with, mentor and train staff within the technical team. Interest in innovation and collaboration to drive creative and cost-effective solutions to client challenges. Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices. Proficiency with MS Office suite.
