We are looking for a passionate, experienced product manager on HR Employee Experiences. We are the team that are spearheading the implementation of Viva @Microsoft. We are excited to bring these wonderful experiences to our employees as well as grow the product that will meet the needs of employees across multitudes of companies across the planet.
As a senior product manager in Employee Experience (HR), you will be a change agent, working in all aspects of Employee Experience scenarios. You will turn customer needs into high-value solutions and services, and you’ll predefine and evangelize quantifiable value delivered to the company. You will work with key partners across Microsoft to create, drive and deliver exceptional experiences that support and scale our business functions. You will deliver world class products that will f oster Microsoft culture by empowering our people through consumer-grade human resources experiences that are connected, intelligent, and supported by agile solutions.
To be successful in this role:
As a productmanager, you will create a clear point of view that comes from first-hand, large-scale experience with Microsoft and industry solutions.
You will build and executetoward a well-definedvision,meeting,or far exceeding industry solutions, while enlisting our partners in that success.
You will be Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the productfeatures.
You will define objectives and KR’s that will drive the planning and delivery of the defined vision.
You will work with User Research and User Design to develop sophisticated,consumer gradeexperiencesthat supportand empower our customers and partners to make decisions and create value and insights.
You willwork with engineering to create sophisticated methods for creating and measuring progress towards those outcomes.
You will drive delivery ofquantifiableoutcomes and evangelize the results within our organization, within our partner organizations, and externally to the industry.
You will ensure product designs meet compliance, regulatory, accessibility, and external standards.
You will ensure that you measure the outcomes & ensure that continuous improvements are in place to roll out quality products to our customers.
We utilize agile development methodologies, and you will be the voice of the product management team to ensure that the product you intend tobuild,gets delivered
You will be the internal subject matter expert and consultant for your product
You will partner with multiple cross functional teams across the organization to deliver high visibility programs without compromising on the quality.

Required Q ualifications:
This is an exciting and challenging role that will utilize all your experienceand help you develop new skills. To be successful in this role you must have:
5+ years of product management, product design, or other engineering experience.
Experience writing detailedproduct requirements & grooming product backlogs
Passionate about innovation in the future of work and experiences
Strong understanding of engineering software development lifecycle & standard operating procedures
Experience in program management principles and a strong Zen to drive complex, cross functional programs from initiation to completion.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, industrial design, finance, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
Strong ability to research, summarize, and prioritize customer business requirementsinto well-defined product features.
A collaborative team player who uses positive leadership to coordinate with multiple cross functional teams (Business, Engineering & other PM teams) & deliver high visibility programs with the utmost quality.
Ability to anticipate problems, resolve ambiguity and take decisive action
A fast learner who is detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoysfast-paced work environment
Experience in agile & scrum methodologies to drive the product features through our regular releases
Ability to thrive in a highly innovative, fast paced, evolving and ambiguous environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated storytelling experience, motivation, and excitement to share our team’s outcomes.
