Sonos Inc. Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning in Boston, Massachusetts

As a Senior Program Manager of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning, you will design and establish Sonos' workforce planning function to forecast talent needs to support long-term business objectives. You and your team will be responsible for optimizing systems and programs and initiatives to increase the volume and diversity at the top of the funnel and drive efficiencies to our hiring process. This role is a hybrid position This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Boston, Seattle or Santa Barbara office locations and should expect to be in office approximately 2 days per week. Preference for Boston location. #LI-Hybrid What You'll Do As a Senior Program Manager of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning, your key priorities include: Design, establish, and lead a comprehensive workforce planning function, including forecasting talent needs, analyzing workforce trends, and aligning staffing strategies with organizational goals to support long-term business objectives. Partner with the business, Talent and Finance teams to create workforce planning capabilities as it aligns with the overall Sonos Talent Strategy. Partner with our People Technology and Operations team and identify opportunities to optimize our tools and systems to increase the Global Talent Acquisition teams' efficiency. Reimagine and rebuild a scalable Early Career Talent hiring strategy to target high-potential talent from universities and intensive training programs alike. Partner with internal and external communications, marketing, and brand teams to create and deliver talent attraction campaigns to amplify Sonos' employer brand to relevant, targeted audiences. Evolve our inclusive hiring initiatives in collaboration with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team, Employee Resource Groups, and People Experience team to build high-performing teams of diverse talent. Manage various programs integral to Talent Acquisitions operations such as background checks, employee referrals, system vendors, etc. Manage a team of one individual who will support all Talent Acquisition program initiatives above. Manage relationship with third-party team who supports scheduling and sourcing of talent. Skills You'll Need Basic Qualifications Experience developing and implementing workforce planning capabilities 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting 4+ years of experience managing programs from design to optimization Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience leveraging strong communication and influence skills to drive complex, cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with ATS optimization, ideally experience with Workday. Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion including applying an equity lens to day-to-day work. A collection of experiences where your ability to be resilient, adaptable, collaborative, and empathetic have been critical to your success.
