Job Description

Provide administrative support to the Director of Academic Affairs by coordinating admissions activities for the Brain, Behavior, & Cognition (BBC) and the Development Science (DS) PhD programs and the Master’s Programs (MA). Process and prepare all applications to these programs for program directors and admission committees’ review; input and update spreadsheets, and track graduate application materials and information. Respond to the large volume of queries via phone and e-mail. Communicate and provide information to prospective graduate students and current students. Assist Director of Academic Affairs with organizing yearly commencement and orientations for the MA and PhD programs and all functions for MA and PhD students throughout the year. Assist with special projects as needed.

Required Skills

Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred. One to three years of experience.
