Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to focus on sales enablement content. This role is critical in ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively sell our products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, sales enablement, and the design and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement content, including product features, benefits, positioning, and competitive differentiation

  • Create and maintain sales collateral, such as product datasheets, presentations, case studies, and FAQs

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to address them

Content Development:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content that communicates product value propositions to sales teams

  • Manage the creation of videos, webinars, and other multimedia content for sales training purposes

  • Ensure all content is up-to-date and aligned with the latest product developments and market trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to gather and synthesize product knowledge

  • Partner with the sales team to understand their needs and provide targeted support

  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels

Tracking:

  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales content

  • Regularly analyze data to assess the impact of training programs and identify areas for improvement

  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on sales performance insights

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

  • Provide insights to sales teams on market dynamics and competitive landscape

  • Update sales materials to reflect changes in the market environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related role

  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Proficiency in using marketing and sales enablement tools and platforms

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $121,800 and $197,120. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
