Cornerstone is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Recruiting Solutions team to help improve existing products and create new product offerings in the Recruiting and Talent Management space. In this role, you will drive the vision of the Recruiting product helping our customers hire best talent for their positions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support execution of our product roadmap, and product go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own product requirements definition from conception to launch

• Gather and analyze product metrics and feedback from customers and cross-functional teams to steer product roadmap

• Understand and lead analysis of market trends, competitive environment, and product metrics to identify new opportunities and guide development

• Act as a product owner working with multiple agile and scrum-based engineering teams located in Santa Monica, CA, Europe and India

• Present new product initiatives and vision to customers, prospects, and industry analysts

• ... and being the Rockstar, you are, be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have...

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of Product Management experience

• Proven capability translating broader mission into big ideas and tactics

• Experience designing user interfaces

• Experience creating examples through wireframes and mockups

• Ability to understand technical architecture of web applications

• A desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Excellent communication, negotiation, writing, and presenting skills

• Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

• Ability to brainstorm, think outside the box, and turn to others for guidance and feedback
