LogMeIn Senior Marketing Programs Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

We are hiring a talented Senior Marketing Programs Manager to design, deploy, manage and report on a broad range of integrated demand gen initiatives for the LogMeIn product portfolio.

The ideal candidate moves with ease from strategy to detailed execution of multi-channel programs to engage prospects at each stage of the funnel. We need someone who learns quickly, loves tackling hard problems and instinctively seizes opportunities and brings them to the group’s attention. Experience developing and supporting complex marketing campaigns is a must. This role reports to the Manager of Global Integrated Marketing and is an individual contributor role. This person is capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and should provide solutions to problems of limited to moderately complex scope.

*Roles and Responsibilities: *

  • Understand the buyers within SMB and Enterprise accounts – pain points, demographics, and how they buy. 

  • Strong understanding of demand gen tactics, including 3rd party vendors, display, direct mail, paid media, etc. and how they work together in an integrated fashion to build, capture and nurture demand.

  • Define ABM strategy and execution plans, encompassing multiple ABM tools, technologies and tactics.

  • Partner with marketing functions in campaigns, digital, field, and web to develop a high touch marketing strategy with the goal of building and accelerating pipeline within SMB and Enterprise spaces. 

  • Work closely with content team to develop marketing content focused on generating interest from targeted audiences that drive personalization and scale, focused on segments, industries and personas.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on campaign concept, content requirements, buyer’s journey development, and marketing execution to ensure effective execution. 

  • Determine and manage program budgets.

  • Analyze data to monitor the success of programs and optimize activities based on data-driven findings.

  • Understand nuances ofregions and partner with field marketing to customize plans by geo.


  • 5-7 years of experience in a demand gen marketing role; 3+yrsinanABM specific role 

  • Working knowledge of managing and optimizing the demand funnel from Inquiry & MQL through to closed/won pipeline

  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal) 

  • Experience working with and supporting Field Marketing teams; experience working with Sales teams a plus

  • Proven success (revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns

  • Familiarity with a range ofmartechand analytics tools (Our stack includesSalesforce,Marketo, Terminus,DemandBase,Bluconic, Google Analytics) 

  • BA/BS required
