What will you do?

The Senior Manager-Website for Pharma Services acts as the day-to-day manager of and other website-related projects, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing Operations and Analytics. He / She maintains digital content on the site and utilizes site metrics to recommend, test and implement a range of improvements and optimized features to increase our ability to attract customers and optimize their digital experience. The individual in this role has strong teamwork and people management skills and excels in managing content, procedures and deadlines. The successful individual has a proven track record of developing data-based insights and recommendations to increase conversion rates across customer-facing websites while simultaneously improving the user experience. This individual also contributes to SEO strategy and implementation.


  • Manage and provide strategic oversight of small and large digital/web projects, including cross functional project management between internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop an understanding of how users interact with the website through analyzing data and collecting user experience feedback, and use this to optimize the website experience and to increase conversion rates

  • Will manage 1-3 people

  • Use web analytics tools to monitor site performance and security including goals and events, campaign, and website traffic, irregularities, issues, trends and opportunities, and to optimize SEO results and rankings

  • Develop insightful reports and presentations, both recurring and ad hoc, that translate findings into actionable insights that inform work processes, strategy development, and decision-making; work with Digital Marketing Operations team to facilitate weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual Marketing performance report-outs

  • Collaborate with team and internal stakeholders to set annual targets and goals for marketing activities, tactics, and campaign conversion targets

  • Provide targeted, dynamic website content by implementing AI-powered, predictive targeting tools

  • Collaborate with team to create and execute tests and campaigns using Google Optimize and Adobe Target

  • Evaluate relevant digital tools, software, vendors, and emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Ensure adherence to best practices for security, privacy, and compliance; maintain compliance with GDPR, privacy and other web policies and regulations

  • Manage automated digital paid search campaigns such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, striving for continuous improvement in the performance of these campaigns

  • Leverage SEO/SEM processes and tools, such as Moz, SEMRush and ScreamingFrog

  • Manage a web developer and support publishing, updating, and retiring of content

How will you get there?


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred


  • 4-6 years of experience with hands-on management and execution of digital initiatives such as SEO/SEM, UX/UI, and web/digital implementation and best practices

  • Technical expertise in web analytics, personalization, and testing, with expertise in Adobe suite of web tools

  • Strong organizational and communication skills and proven ability to adapt style to different situations and people

  • Must be a business partner, not merely a technical expert - this position plays an active role providing actionable insight across Pharma Services

  • Ability to use data and insights to influence and drive change

  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including VPs, directors, managers, subject matter experts, and end-users
