WHAT YOU BRING

  • A combination of experience and education or Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 7+ years relevant work experience. Footwear and/or customization experience a plus.

  • Experienced in building complex demand and supply operational forecasting models.

  • Demonstrated ability to take complex data/outputs and simplify into easy to digest and action-oriented formats.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a requirement. SAP, FlexPLM, and Tableau is preferred.

  • Background in leading projects in highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business, manufacturing, and technical IT teams.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

Global Digital Experience Operations is a centralized team with deep functional expertise to drive seasonal readiness and flawless execution as consumers engage with our inline and custom products. The team oversees catalog asset management (data attribution, product copy and photography) and E2E custom operations (product setup, digital imaging, factory capacity, order pipeline and service). The team is responsible for delivering product experiences and service to drive streamlined commerce and consumer satisfaction.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are excited to bring a Senior Manager of Global Custom Operations and Service to our team! We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and a strategic, analytically oriented problem solver.

This candidate needs to have a deep understanding of supply chain, forecasting, and operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about moving the business forward, expanding and building cross-functional partnerships, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this position, you will play a central role in driving ambitious growth in the Converse customization business and ensuring that we meet or exceed consumer expectations. In addition, you will oversee the resolution of customer service issues with custom product and supporting continuous process improvement to deliver a seamless E2E consumer journey.

If this is you, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining statistical forecast models that are used to connect the various demand inputs at key moments to inform capacity, projected backlog, and delivery dates.

  • Work with internal Geo and Global partners to gather inputs which will be used establish long-range and in-season demand plans as well as ensure manufacturing and shipping capacity aligns with those plans.

  • Working with cross-functional planning teams to evolve and enable an agile supply chain focused on speed and service.

  • Leading process evolution and execution for material order management and material replenishment.

  • Tracking, monitoring, and identifying risks and prioritization changes to the Converse by You order pipeline.

  • Leading, preparing, and presenting current operations status in comparison to trend, plan, and forecast for weekly, monthly, and seasonal reviews.

  • Actively engaging with cross-functional partners to identify areas of opportunity for operational improvement, and consumer journey evolution.

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a small team.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This position will report to the Global Director of Digital Experience Operations. In this role, you will collaborate and successfully partner with all members of the Digital Experience Operations team. Additionally, this role will partner Global Digital Commerce Strategy, Product Merchandising, and Geography business teams to deliver strategies and forecasts at key milestones. You will also work closely with our factory partners in Asia which may require evening or early morning calls as needed.
