Sodexo Senior Manager, Change Management in Boston, Massachusetts
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management who will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and tactical plans for key enterprise-wide initiatives. This is a remote opportunity with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Centeral Time Zone
In conjunction with the Director, Change Management, work stream leaders and key stakeholders, the incumbent utilizes Sodexo’s change management approach to identify key organizational change impacts, and to develop and implement specific strategies and tactics to address these.
Activities include consultation with work stream leaders to conduct stakeholder analysis, evaluating change impacts and desired outcomes, developing communications, and training plans, and leveraging communications and training skills to design and develop and deliver content in conjunction with project resources. Typical communications content includes PowerPoint presentations, leadership talking points, Frequently Asked Questions, company intranet and company newsletter content. Typical training content includes webinars, job aides and potentially developing storyboards & recordings for e-learning. In order to ensure lasting change, this role also assists with establishing and evaluating relevant measurements before, during and after the change is implemented and works with the Director, Change Management, and work stream leaders to take appropriate actions that sustain desired behaviors.
Collaborates with Director, Change Management to support comprehensive change management and communication strategies that:
Define a clear vision of the desired future state
Identify impacted stakeholders
Evaluate change impacts to key stakeholder groups
Define desired stakeholder behaviors, skills, and performance
Develop an overarching change management strategy & tactical plan
Develop a communication strategy & tactical plan
Develop a training strategy and sustainable plan
Develop and deliver communication and training content
Establish and manage a change champion network
Evaluate leadership engagement to establish and execute a leadership engagement plan
Establish and evaluate pertinent measurements
Conduct focus groups, workshops and surveys
Touch base with stakeholders to obtain feedback to gauge progress
Establish and execute a sustainability plan
Tactical execution of change management plans:
Deploy a communication strategy & tactical plan
Deploy a training strategy and sustainable plan
Work with the team to create communications and training content
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who are/have:
7-10 years of directly relevant experience involving managing organizational change in areas such as consulting, communications, organizational development, or human resources
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization with tact and professionalism
Advanced MS power point and MS Word skills
Ability to translate complicated processes into simple, straightforward messages and steps
Strong project management
Ability to work independently
Strong active listening and observation skills
Established ability to provide guidance and influence to middle and senior leadership positions
Proven ability to work directly with internal clients across the business at all enterprise levels
Strong leadership and decision making
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, handle diverse situations, set goals, and meet aggressive deadlines
Skilled in designing and executing change management strategies and partnering with work stream leads in the design, development, and implementation of their plans
Effective presentation skills
Ability to deliver results within time constraints

Salary Range: $69,100 - $161,400
Utilizes Sodexo’s change management approach to identify key organizational change impacts, and to develop and implement specific strategies and tactics to address these which includes but is not limited to consultation with work stream leaders to conduct stakeholder analysis, evaluate change impacts and desired outcomes, develop communication plans, and design and develop communications materials in conjunction with Sodexo Communications Department. Assesses training needs. Establishes and evaluates change-related measurements and takes action to address.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of organizational change experience.
