Senior Innovation Analyst
Acrisure Innovation Team – Located in Boston, MA (in office, hybrid, remote options available in this location)
As Senior Innovation Analyst, you will drive significant impact with your abilities to build analytical outputs and drive strategic insights. Working closely with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role on the dynamic and growing Strategy & Analytics team to identify, shape, and validate new, large-scale growth opportunities directly informing the CEO and the executive team and the broader organizational strategy.

Be a key contributor in the development and execution of marketplace strategy and opportunities that deliver revenue and profit goals and drive sustainable competitive advantage for the organization
Use the business analyst toolkit widely to build factual analyses, formulate strategy, and effectively tell a story using data
Lead ongoing market analysis and competitive benchmarking performance, building deep understanding of market dynamics and marketplace opportunities
Combine and align disparate data sets (external research, first party data, third party data, or qualitative interviews) to benchmark business health metrics and formulate market strategies and growth initiatives
Structure and perform advanced short- and long-term financial forecasts and models, demonstrating ability to drive reasonable assumptions and deliver a variety of scenarios or range of strategic growth outcomes
Adapt and nuance analyses and insights to optimize business performance and manage company’s financial risk exposure
Balance “detailed view” analytics with a “big picture” perspective to drive practical business recommendations
Support stakeholder analyses by enlisting key organizational players and driving early cross-functional alignment on goals, methodology, and successful outcomes
As expert Powerpoint user, build compelling, visually impactful, and expertly crafted presentations that tell a clear, coherent, and insight-oriented story
Communicate complex data concepts and insights effectively and succinctly in oral and written forms to a variety of stakeholders from peers to executive
Build relationships with diverse cross-functional teams to strive towards strategic alignment, knowledge and insight sharing, and improved data processes
Act as a strong peer thought partner to a talented team with diverse skill sets
Be proactive about anticipating as well as taking on new opportunities and challenges with demonstrated curiosity to grow, learn, and improve

Work experience: 3+ years of work experience -- at a strategy consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, and/or operating experience at a high-growth enterprise software, SaaS, or consumer internet business highly preferred.
Academics: Undergraduate degree from top university in engineering, science, mathematics, finance, or any quantitative or relevant major.
