Location: Boston, MA, US Job Description The HR Representative role is a front-line point of contact who provides direct support to Global employees, managers, and other HR Centers of Excellence as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related inquiries and HRIS transactions. The HR Representative must be comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across the business and greater HR team to respond to questions, triage requests and/or issues, and determine appropriate escalation paths, if necessary. The use of sound judgment and data gathering will be needed on more difficult issues and inquiries and the ability to identify the nature and severity of a request or issue, prioritize, and choose the best method of resolution in a sensitive and confidential manner is required. This role will report directly to the HR Operations Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receives and responds to routine HR-related inquiries including but not limited to: Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employment Verifications, other HR Policies/Programs & Procedures. Appropriately escalates or routes requests from employees to others for additional information as needed. Processes various HRIS transactions such as: New Hires, Terminations, Job Changes, Compensation Adjustments, etc. Maintains digital HR content on Company's intranet, HR's internal AI chatbot, and employee files. Assists with various HR initiatives such as Global Performance Reviews & Compensation Planning, US Open Enrollment, and other ad-hoc projects as needed. Provides operational support for M&A and Restructuring projects. Works to streamline and simplify end-to-end HR operational processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. May perform administrative duties for HRBPs such as conducting research, updating templates, generating reports, preparing materials and distributing letters. QUALIFICTIONS 2-4 years Human Resources experience Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism Maniacal attention to detail required Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a customer focused headset and positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to overcome employee frustration/anger Ability to present information in a succinct, clear fashion Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills essential Highly collaborative team player Ability to deal with ambiguity and roll up sleeves to "go figure it out" in a fast-paced environment Can do and flexible attitude are a must
