A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Finance Associate in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:This client is a global real estate investment company, have excellent long-term growth internally, and an excellent employee culture. They offer a strong benefits package and a pension. The client is working in a hybrid model, 3 days in office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities include:

• Senior Finance Associate will prepare journal entries

• Validate performance returns

• Contribute to investment updates and debt compliance

• Assist with fund reports and business plans

• As a Senior Finance Associate, you will assist with audit/tax and client/investor reporting

• Participate in the budgeting and reforecasting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

• 3 years of real estate or public accounting experience

• Strong systems and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
