Strategic Leader responsible for directing a team focused on optimizing the selling experience by driving process and experience improvement, quoting and sales support, IT relationship partnership, playbook development, content management, and effective communications and feedback to the sales organization and ecosystem.
The Main Responsibilities
Lead the strategy to develop seller & ecosystem playbooks that are tailored to specific job functions and business units
Develop strategy and platform that governs and manages all the sales facing content into a single source for sellers and ecosystem
Lead the strategy of developing a digital sales feedback loop into the Sales Enablement organization for real time seller feedback and seller experience
Lead the strategy and execution in reimagining the entire seller experience as we transform into a technology driven company
Lead the development and deployment of a cohesive communications plan to set clear expectations to sales of the sales enablement transformation initiatives
Lead the strategy of quoting support and daily sales support to align to the critical Enterprise seller enablement needs. Utilize KPI’s to measure team performance and identify top sales pain points and high bar issues.
Responsible for developing a comprehensive communications end to end management strategy while being the key communications vehicle between IT, the business units, and enterprise sales.
Lead the change management of sales enablement transformation initiatives. Inclusive of training, communications, and overall awareness of the change event.
Manages the implementation of processes as developed, devises and executes continuous process improvement methods through metrics monitoring and scorecard reporting to ensure processes are focused on our guiding principles. Provides executive leadership with client specific and enterprise-wide process implementation status, feedback and trend analysis as well as early warning indicators regarding projects at risk.
Lead the strategy to define operational and strategic approaches to ensure specific functional, the “how”, success and optimization by managing, sustaining, and continuously improving business processes. Collects and evaluates operational, service, and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develops an in-depth understanding of Enterprise business requirements, along with current technical environment; accurately assess and make recommendations to enable transformational change.
Drive the creation/support of tools, templates, and other results to support best practices throughout the organization

What We Look For in a Candidate
12+ plus years related business experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or the equivalent in education and experience
Sales experience preferred
