Payer Segment Marketing is responsible for the overall development and execution of assigned marketing plans and the aggregation and translation from strategy to messaging (external and internal) for key initiatives that span the Payer solution areas. Overview of Position
The Marketing Senior Director leads a team within Payer Segment Marketing, which is responsible for the overall development and execution of assigned marketing plans and the aggregation and translation from strategy to messaging (external and internal) for key initiatives that span their team’s businesses. The director and team integrate persona messaging into market segments for competitive differentiation, developing cross business presentations and ensuring that stakeholders have access to messages and proof points for aligned execution of marketing plans and sales programs. In addition, this role is responsible for developing the message and strategy for executive briefings and major events and activities.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Lead, train and support team within Payer Segment Marketing organization. Support VP Payer Segment Marketing on projects across the business.
In collaboration with Sales and the Business, develop key strategic messaging platform to support the sales team. Continually assess and evolve messaging strategies, ensuring maximal effectiveness and differentiation.
Identify and develop sales tools, demand gen and thought leadership to support the sales team, including but not limited to ROI Value presentation apps, PowerPoint presentations, proof sources (i.e. case studies, white papers, etc), and other print and digital leave behind materials.
Collaboratively identify and develop highly targeted and coordinated promotional campaigns, including but not limited to PR, events, webinars, web & social promotion, digital and print advertising, etc.
Identify metrics and routinely measure success for related promotional activities, ensuring maximal ROI in developing enhanced messaging awareness and lead generation.
Supports Payer Marketing team on unique projects to ensure message integrity and integration.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Previous experience with integration of persona messaging into market segments
Previous Payer experience within a healthcare organization
Experience leading and growing successful teams
Knowledge of the healthcare information systems space
Proficient at executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals
