The Global Sales Team is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the customer base across the globe. As Senior Director of Healthcare, you will be responsible for our company’s sales to strategic Health systems, IDN’s, Providers and Managed Care. Healthcare is going through a digital revolution and is a core business segment for us.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Global Sales.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Key architect in designing and executing upon our strategy in the domestic Healthcare arena, cementing our position as a disruptive diagnostic technology.

  • Responsible for driving revenue and margin enhancement to meet corporate objectives.

  • Forging new paths and creating long term business partnerships with leading healthcare providers and payors as healthcare continues to evolve.

  • Key collaborator with internal stakeholders and customers to further innovation in new product development, both digital and diagnostic.

  • Developing KOL’s and thought leaders to drive transformative results.

  • Managing contracting, and other commercial aspects to support customer base.

  • Executing on greenfield expansion opportunities and creating new use cases for the technology platform.

  • Prospecting, maintaining, and nurturing strategic customer and distribution channel partner relationships.

  • Responsible for sales and resource forecasting within the segment.

    Experience, Requirements and Attributes:

  • 6+ years sales/sales management or strategic selling in the Healthcare field.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Well-developed executive communication skills, both written and oral

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively in innovative ways.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare and how to navigate effectively within.

  • Self-starter, able to adapt quickly to change and work effectively in ambiguous situations.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to drive business results-including clinicians, MD’s and Executive Leadership.

  • Proficient computer and data skills- CRM, Excel, Powerpoint and related software.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Able to travel domestically 40%
