KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director to join our Business Development Organization.
Bring focus, energy and go-to-market skills to support the continued growth of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) services business at KPMG; build market awareness with both KPMG account teams and clients for KPMG IAM/PAM services
Educate KPMG account teams and clients on how the solution helps address a client issue/need and function as the KPMG Advocate to account teams and clients
Identify and qualify new opportunities via internal and external collaboration with account teams, clients and alliance partners to develop new pipeline
Collaborate with clients and IAM/PAM practitioners to lead qualifying conversations and workshops with clients on various identity and privileged access topics
Engage in Account Management including Account planning, Client procurement, Meeting follow-up, Pipeline development, Opportunity pursuit, Contract negotiation, Risk management, Proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) development and Revenue attainment
Demonstrate excellence in applying MarketEDGE to qualify opportunity and gain insights from win/loss reviews as input to the integrated sales management process
Minimum ten years of demonstrated successful IAM/PAM consulting services or IAM/PAM software sales experience in high-end major national/global accounts; verifiable track record of exceeding expectations with desired experience around IAM/PAM; the following technology/service areas: CyberArk
Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
Strong subject matter knowledge or industry knowledge which allows candidate to carry initial qualifying conversations with internal account teams and potential clients
Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence and results
Able to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs and KPMG service offerings
Demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead relationship-building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CISO, CIO, Business Executives and General Auditor
Must be able to travel regularly on an as needed basis
