We are hiring an experienced Senior Product Manager to join an early-stage, entrepreneurial digital product team within CVSH that is focused on transforming the digital health journey for patients through a consumer-first, seamless digital experience that helps consumers navigate and manage their healthcare across the CVS Health family of products and services.As a Senior Product Manager, you will participate in developing and executing on the vision and strategy for a growing team that is building the front door to healthcare within CVSH. This role is deeply cross-functional and requires working closely with engineering, UX, business, operations, and executive teams to deliver a truly seamless consumer health experience to market. A successful candidate will thrive at challenging the status quo and reimagining legacy experiences and technologies into high quality, simple products and applications that customers love. Manages a team of Product Managers and is responsible for developing digital products and driving new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and adoption. The Senior Product Manager will be involved in every aspect of the product discovery and development process: deeply understanding the business, the consumers, the market and working with the team to innovate, test, and deliver value.Translate business needs into innovative solutions - Work closely with our business team and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. Create a market-leading customer experience - Drive the definition, development and deployment of best-in-class capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS’ strategic and financial objectives. Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution – Partner with project teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation Build and communicate the vision- This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives. Help drive our digital strategy- Conduct product and competitive research to help shape long and short-term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in product development in a retail, healthcare, digital or regulated business setting (ideally using agile development methods to create/implement CRM, ESP, marketing cloud, or other personalization technology).• 5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products• Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment• Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment during ambiguity• Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills• Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills• Broad understanding of core programming and computer science concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Past product management or other related experience in a healthcare, digital health, or healthcare IT business• Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues.• Able to balance customer-centricity, stakeholder. expectations and technical feasibility for software product or product line, clearly articulating tradeoffs.• Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment within a large organization, start-up type of environment.
