Job Description

The Senior Manager Conversational AI Product will help reshape how we engage with the world around us through Conversational AI and assisted AI. You will work closely with business & technology stakeholders to build the next generation of products and platforms that deliver World- Class Member experience powered by conversational AI.A successful candidate will be able to lead the technical product roadmap to build AI/ ML and data platform strategy & work closely with engineering teams to develop new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and adoption.Responsibilities:1. Own all conversational AI products and experiences: Chatbots, Voice Agents, and Conversational experiences. Helps define our pharmacy AI /ML strategy - Conduct product and competitive research to help shape both long- and short-term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business as it relates to Conversational AI.2. Translate business needs into innovative solutions - Work closely with our business team and other key partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.3. Create a market-leading Conversational AI experience across multiple digital and voice channels. Drive the definition and development of best-in-class capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS’ strategic and financial objectives.4. Collaborate with engineering teams to help define their backlog & drive execution – Partner with project teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists, and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation5. Build and communicate the vision - This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 95,000

Maximum: 209,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in product development in Product Management in one or a combination of the Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning, Conversational AI, Data Science/ Insights or Digital Product Management. Experience bringing a product from concept to completion, ideally working on machine-learned systems, and/or sophisticated backend and front-end systems. 2+ years of experience with of understanding software development for machine-learned products and services such as Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson are a few examples. Plus, how analytics and evaluation data can help improve those products.3+ years of experience effectively partnering and managing the workflows with cross functional teams and executive leaders to deliver the strategic vision within a highly collaborative environment. Excellent business acumen experience with technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).3+ years of experience with tools for doing data analysis and making data driven decisions.This is a remote opportunity with the ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Machine Learning Systems and data pipelines / strategies for AI applications.Experience with machine learning, AI and NLU, chatbots and automation as it relates to customer service and self-service.A good understanding of human computer interaction through natural language processing. Understanding or hands on experience with digital chat application tools like AWS Lex, Google Dialog Flow etc.Track record of implementing new platform technologies in the messaging space including vendor selection, technical architecture, APIs & development of business rules to drive personalized content.Critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using outcome-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues.Negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
