CVS Health Senior Digital Experience Designer in Boston, Massachusetts
Position Summary:We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer to support our Aetna Health product.Aetna Health is our primary member-facing product for anyone who has coverage through Aetna, focused on helping them get the most out of their plan. Members can check their coverage, review claims and spending, find doctors, pull up their ID card, get tips on saving money and staying healthy, and much more. Aetna Health is delivered on multiple platforms (responsive Web, iOS, and Android), and has millions of active users across our commercial, Medicare, and individual market member populations.You’ll work alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds. Together, you’ll identify customer problems or opportunities, develop the strategic UX vision, and communicate that narrative across the business. You’ll guide cross-functional teams through a user-centered design approach, culminating in the execution of member experiences that validate the strategy, hypotheses, and business/user goal.What You’ll Do:Collaborate with product management, business and technology partners to ensure a shared understanding of business goals, user needs, and success criteria. Develop a working knowledge of customer journeys, personas and segmentation within your portfolio of value streams.Utilize user-centered design approaches to define the customer problem / opportunity with cross-functional teamsDevelop concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, through facilitation and hands-on workPartner with accessibility, research, and content strategy resources to ensure solutions meet the needs of all users Produce high-fidelity UI deliverables for engineering handoff and collaborate with engineering to ensure design quality in the final product Iterate on design solutions based on research and analytics/metrics Collaborate with other design teams to drive the evolution of our design system and ensure consistency across our product and other products across the enterprise

• 5+ years of experience crafting user-centered experiences for complex consumer-facing products or business intelligence tools

• Ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders to develop and articulate detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet these requirements• A solid grasp of user-centered design, design thinking, planning and conducting user research, rapid prototyping, user testing, and heuristic analysis• Experience in iOS, Android/Material design, and responsive web design best practices• Solid understanding of WCAG best practices• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and partners• Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Miro and a willingness to try new tools• Agile or SAFe experience• An online portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX work
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
