Title: Senior Designer
Reports to: Art Director, Enterprise Marketing
Location: Remote – Anywhere in the US
We’re searching for an experienced senior designer to join our enterprise marketing department. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity as well as print, digital and motion graphics design skills to the position. As a part of a small, nimble creative team, you have a strong passion for design and believe in the pursuit of excellence. You take initiative to contribute ideas to improve projects and bring professionalism and focus to every task large or small. To be considered for this position, you must submit a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and experience.
Essential Job Functions:
Implement and maintain established brand standards across a wide range of digital materials used for marketing communications
Develop and share multiple concepts
Manage your time to simultaneously work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Create, refine and finalize files for print and digital applications
Learn and operate within department processes, understand goals and deadlines
Proactively and collaboratively move projects along to completion
Work with and report to the creative team art director
Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
2+ years working in a professional design agency or corporate design department
Strong experience in B2B and SaaS organizations
Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Creative Cloud
Proficiency with After Effects and Premiere Rush a plus
Web and digital experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work with a wide variety of personalities and opinions
Recognizes and embraces challenges with a positive attitude
Someone who wants to make a difference in the world

California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $70-80k. Actual offer may be outside of this range and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
