Cervello Inc Senior Delivery Director, Analytics in Boston, Massachusetts

Cervello an A.T. Kearney Company is looking for motivated leaders to drive the delivery of results for our enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Managing successful delivery of Cervello services to clients

  • Leading Cervello delivery teams

  • Establishing, building, managing, and expanding client relationships both new and existing

    Client Results

  • Drive the client experience from understanding and identifying their challenges to helping formulate the vision towards solutioning and eventual delivery of business value

  • Track, communicate, and manage project risks, budget, rates, profitability, program launch and closeout activities

  • Extensive experience directly orchestrating and managing consulting teams to deliver enterprise analytics and big data projects to large enterprise clients

  • Strong presence with ability to synthesize multiple points of view into a coherent action plan and to deliver Cervello point-of-view in relevant subject areas

  • Willingness and ability to drive new opportunities at existing and new clients for Cervello

  • Facilitation for and communication with a range of client levels and functions including C-Level executives

    Leadership and Management Skills

  • Leadership and management of large high-performance teams with 10 or more team members

  • Situational intelligence to manage conflict, ambiguity, and issues

  • Ability to think both creatively and critically. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while also fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making decisions

  • Commercial experience of managing large scale client delivery (with budgets over 8 figures), with the ability to drive account growth through engagement and opportunity awareness

  • Problem solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative

  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills

    Business Development

  • Consistently plays a lead role in identifying and winning significant net new client accounts

  • Able to independently identify, pursue, and lead a team towards securing net new account opportunities

  • Extensive experience responding to RFPs and proposal creation

  • Experience developing account plans to grow relationships within key accounts or key areas of the business

  • Able to manage revenue forecasts and staffing plans, proactively communicating changes or concerns to the organization


  • A minimum of Bachelors degree with Masters a plus

  • A minimum of 10 years professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with an established consulting organization

  • Functional experience in at least one of the following: Finance, Sales/Marketing/Services, IT.

  • Industry experience in at least one of the following verticals: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services
