We are in search of a Senior Communications Specialist to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is crucial in our organization as you will play a pivotal part in the development and implementation of communication strategies. You will work in a hybrid workplace, combining both onsite and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various communication projects, enhancing the efficiency of our marketing team.

• Develop, coordinate, and manage engaging social media content, both written and graphic.

• Coordinate and track award submissions, ensuring the recognition of our team's hard work.

• Organize photoshoots, contributing to the visual representation of our brand.

• Maintain a digital media library, ensuring the easy accessibility of our media content.

• Develop and manage a social media calendar, ensuring a consistent online presence.

• Collaborate with external PR consultants to develop materials, presentations, and content.

• Conduct regular reporting and analytics to identify trends and areas of opportunity, driving our digital engagement.

• Draft and publish posts to the company website, keeping our audience updated.

• Coordinate photography, enhancing the visual appeal of our brand.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as a Communication Specialist

• Proven expertise in Architecture Design and Photography

• Demonstrated ability in Content Creation and Social media management

• Proficient in creating engaging Social Media Content

• Experience in providing Thought Leadership and Storytelling

• Strong skills in Communication Design, producing Communication Materials, and devising Communication Strategies

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred

• Proficiency in using communication software and tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
