What you’ll do!
Provide inter-disciplinary product support spanning process, performance, design and documentation
Support the commercial and internal teams during customer technical meetings and requirements discussions
Assist Product Managers in the development of technical sales tools such as application notes, reports, publications, and presentations
Work directly with new product introduction teams, and Product Managers, to provide input on product requirements
Partner with internal and external domain specialists to highlight trends and identify product needs
Addressing customers and users’ groups providing detailed information and generating excitement for the products.
Who you are!
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology or related discipline.
Over 7 years’ experience in cell culture development and/or manufacturing, producing protein therapeutics
Operated, optimized, and scaled up cell culture processes using single-use equipment, preferred experience with Xcellerex XDR
Compiled technical information into technical reports and presentations
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Proven track record to work globally
Excellent oral and written communication skills
