WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

USA Job Function Description: Will work with business partners to support field initiatives for the Network. This includes important strategic problems, solutions business, driving revenue growth and improving sales productivity and customer value. The individual will work on multiple projects across multiple workstreams with a strategic mindset and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and drive critical business

decisions. Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

Project Management; working closely with the line of business to deliver key initiatives. Banking knowledge is required as the role includes input to develop tools and workshops to deliver training.

Creating decks for partner meetings with advanced MS PP and Excel experience.

Building out and coordinating Summit and Banker meetings.

Manages the self-study pathway to licensing for Bankers to obtain their Securities and Insurance licenses.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience: 7+ years ; banking, sales operations and business operations.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.

Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think creatively.

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Technology and computer skills, with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong detail orientation and highly organized.

Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others.
