Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$39,700.00 - $65,500.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This position can be remote. Under moderate supervision, this position is responsible for scheduling customer appointments for the Inside Desk, scheduling phone calls for Risk Control Consultants with customers to conduct a Risk Control Survey. This job does not manage staff.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling customer appointments for the Inside Desk, scheduling phone calls for Risk Control Consultants with customers to conduct a Risk Control Survey.

  • Establishes customer contact, provides information on nature of the phone call.

  • Responsible for scheduling appointment and necessary documentation.

  • Provides confirmation to consultant for the appointment.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Education or equivalent required

  • 2 years of outbound call handling required

  • Strong communication and problem resolution skills required

  • Experience with call center or providing telephone customer service required

  • Microsoft Office and data entry experience required

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge

  • Corporate work environment experience preferred

  • Experience in Service Dispatch or Customer Service preferred

Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience with outbound calling and/or scheduling appointments

  • Problem resolution experience preferred, ability to deal with all types of customers

  • Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook experience preferred

Environmental / Work Schedules / Other

  • Operates standard office equipment (Frequently)

  • Sitting (Can stand at will) (Frequently)

  • Use of Keyboards, Sporadic 10-Key (Frequently)
