Clover Food Lab Sales Representative in Boston, Massachusetts
Clover has just launched a brand new home delivery subscription box service, and we want to share it with the world! We’re looking to build a team of Event Ambassadors to represent Clover at farmers markets, festivals, and other events.
In this role, you will set up event booths all over Massachusetts, convince attendees to try out Clover subscriptions, and share tastes of our yummy, local, seasonal food!
DUTIES
Load and drive a Clover van to and from events
Set up event display/booth and maintain a tidy and consistent appearance throughout event
Order and distribute printed materials
Store, display, and serve food samples in accordance with ServeSafe guidelines
Initiate engaging conversations with event-goers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about Clover, subscription offerings, and common FAQs
Create written reports on event success based on established metrics
The hiring manager may invite you to participate in a Practical Interview. This gives you the opportunity to interview us. Applicants experience the job hands on, get to know the staff and gain a better understand Clover culture. Additionally, we use the face-to-face interaction as an opportunity to get to know you better.
Requirements
Clean driving record for the past 7 years from the State of Massachusetts
ServSafe certification
A friendly demeanor and passion for engaging new people
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal communication skills
100% drug-free
Must be able to pass a road test conducted by Clover leadership
Must be able to provide an official copy of current driving record
The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and repeated walking, bending, stretching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to work a varied schedule that includes nights and weekends
