In this role you will…
Have eloquent articulation of the value and outcomes offered by Cornerstone's solutions like EdCast LXP, Opportunity Marketplace, and MyGuide Digital Adoption Platform.
Engage seamlessly with primary sales teams to ensure a consistent and successful promotion of our superior products.
Speak authoritatively about the transformative outcomes our products like EdCast LXP, Opportunity Marketplace, and MyGuide can achieve, addressing both technical and business audiences.
Prioritize competing day to day activities to ensure that all sales quota and management objectives are met.
Provide guidance to the Account team on effectively navigating large enterprise organizations, aiming to connect and resonate with multiple buyers and influencers.
Work with internal resources to develop strategic plans to grow the business.
Help Account teams fully understand customers' specific decision-making and purchasing processes, emphasizing business needs and objectives.
Work with Account teams to negotiate business terms and coordinate legal interactions to facilitate contracting processes.
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
7+ years of full cycle sales experience in enterprise sales
Significant experience in the talent management, learning, or digital transformation space, demonstrating a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to excel in ambiguous and evolving environments.
Demonstrable prowess in engaging with 'C' level executives in substantial enterprise organizations, confidently discussing product outcomes.
Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike.
Ability to create compelling narratives and visions with prospects, showcasing the unique benefits of aligning with Cornerstone's products.
Has the skills to rapidly absorb product information and nuances, translating them into actionable sales strategies.
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
Consideration for privacy and security obligations
