As a Project Manager with expertise in data center facilities design , you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Project Management Professional who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.
The Senior Project Manager role requires high levels of planning expertise to support multi-site roll-out of Design and Construction support for retrofit projects. You will support program managers by providing structure to the account supporting junior program managers. You will take ownership of the Client relationship and lead a “vertical” within the Client’s Telecom program. You will work with design leads to scale the Telecom program, as well as work with account management team to identify opportunities to support program growth in the U.S and EMAEA. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. You’ll provide motivation and direction to project teams and be surrounded by expert mentorship and mentoring opportunities to help you and your team thrive.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 6 years of experience in designing electrical or mechanical systems related to Data Center projects
• At least 5 years of project management experience for Data Center projects
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Experience as a Design Lead and Project Manager on Data Center Facility Design projects
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
