Meta Product Partner, Learning & Development in Boston, Massachusetts

Summary:

We are hiring an L&D Product Partner dedicated to the mission of scaling L&D's digital learning footprint. This role will report into the Tech & Data team within Learning & Development. The ideal candidate has a strong experience driving platform and tool strategies and delivering solutions to support our scaling learning digital ecosystem. The individual must have strong abilities to communicate, collaborate and influence across different levels and cross-functional teams. A proven track record in solving complex problems and handling ambiguity is a must. A bias for execution while maintaining a strategic mindset towards the future is required to be successful in this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong and proven track record of understanding current/emerging trends in the corporate digital learning space.In this role, you will drive the strategy for build, buy and implementation of digital solutions that facilitate the scaling of L&D's Scaled Learning function. You will build key relationships with product management teams to help bring key products to life. You will create alignment and efficiencies in partnership with the L&D Head of Tech. You will be accountable for the roadmap of the products you are supporting.

  2. Partners with L&D Tech leads and cross functional partners to develop and maintain the L&D Scaled Learning Tech roadmap

  3. Provides thought leadership on how to address complex program needs problems with strategic digital learning solutions, practices as well as innovations in technology and shares this knowledge with team members across L&D

  4. Collaborates with key stakeholders across L&D to understand the implications of key decisions

  5. Innovates, selects and implements the frameworks, methodologies, and tools to optimize tech strategy and learners’ experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years product management or related industry experience

  2. Experience in the design and implementation of learning technology solutions

  3. Experience partnering on enterprise technology implementations and solutions

  4. Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues

  5. Proven knowledge of emerging and innovative technologies

  6. Vendor management experience

  7. Product development and user-centered design experience

  8. Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

  9. Proven communication and interpersonal skills

  1. 6+ months product partner experience with Meta L&D

  2. Experience of going through a full product lifecycle

  3. Experience working with decentralized learning organizations

  4. Experience supporting a globally distributed workforce
