WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training

  • 5+ years product management and/or merchandising experience in the lifestyle consumer goods category

  • Product and Apparel culture obsessed

  • Proven experience influencing and building partnerships with both internal and external partners

  • Multi-Season Planning and Pricing

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Possess Global to Local Insights with a Solution driven, growth mentality

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating meetings and presentations with a high degree of integrity. Should be comfortable presenting in front of groups of people.

  • Ability to effectively communicate concepts and opportunities to a functionally diverse and wide audience

  • Ability to build storytelling decks to share with business leaders

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

ABOUT OUR TEAM

This role is a part of the Global Product Merchandising Team, which is in charge of driving the product creation vision, strategy, and execution of our global apparel line. The ownership of this team includes translating consumer insights into meaningful product briefs, crafting the line plans, life cycle plans, and assortments to meet our global business needs, and analyzing business results to advise future season strategies!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-starting apparel product merchant to lead our men’s apparel business into the future. You are entrepreneurial, energetic, flexible, and empathetic as a product leader and teammate. The Product Merchandiser leads and advances the strategy of men’s apparel, leads the life cycle of key styles, builds the line plan each season, and develops associate members of the team in Product Merchant excellence.

This position will also serve as a critical liaison between Gender Free, Women’s and Accessories business units. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, business analytics skills, franchise management acumen, and ability to see emerging global consumer trends.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Director of Men’s and Gender Free Merchandising. You’ll be working alongside the leaders of our gender free and graphics business as well as partnering with counterparts in the women’s and accessories space, and a world class design and development team. You will collaborate with digital and geography merchandising partners to collect and respond to feedback on sales results, local market trends and future line plans.
