Come join our world-class Product Marketing team and help empower nonprofits to solve critical challenges, efficiently manage their missions, and make an impact. This role will focus on Nonprofit Cloud data and operations solutions and overall go to market. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, industry solutions, and product teams to drive content, campaigns, events, enablement, product messaging, and positioning.
Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits for internal and external audiences are key. Note that the scope of this position will evolve continuously. Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility is required.
Support the creation of positioning and messaging for key products and solutions with input from product management, industry solutions, sales, and marketing
Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to drive and execute the product marketing go-to-market strategy. Track and report against objectives
Partner with Product Management and Industry Solutions to understand product strategy and features
Build product launch and release plans that are fully integrated with business and revenue goals and align with pipeline generation targets
Create compelling and easy to understand internally facing content including sales enablement training, FAQs, and cheat sheets
Produce external-facing content including pitch decks, webinars, datasheets, e-books, demo videos, and more across all funnel stages
Support the Sales teams with enablement, presentations, case studies, demos, and content
Support major Salesforce events such as Dreamforce and 3rd party events/conferences.
3-5+ years of experience in product marketing
Experience crafting compelling positioning, messaging and thought leadership content
Hands-on capability to build a range of marketing assets, including succinct slide pitch-decks, eBooks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
Ability to develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning
Exceptional organizational skills to define and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in the nonprofit sector is a plus
For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $99,200. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits
