Every day, more than 10 million advertisers from around the world grow their business on Facebook. The Product Marketing Lead will have the opportunity to influence the products we build for these businesses and will focus on shipping value to Facebook Business Suite users. The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers and tools and will hold strong opinions on how advertising can fuel these businesses through deeply understanding industry competitive landscapes, trends, and business models. This role operates within our Facebook Business Suite (BPM-Dev) cross functional team who moves fast to understand and serve businesses at scale. A successful candidate will thrive creating and leveraging strong partnerships, they will know ruthless prioritization is key and understand how to manage projects from start-to-finish and as part of a growth org, and they will love making sense of data (qualitative and quantitative) to define opportunities This individual will have knowledge on the developer ecosystem and familiar with third party tools.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Research, PR, Design, Engineering stakeholders, Sales and more) to deliver world-class products
Empower fellow product marketers to lead best-in-class market assessments through quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback
Identify significant long-term opportunities and strategic views of product direction based on market assessment, qualitative research and quantitative analysis
Conduct market analysis of key advertising needs through market research, competitive research and customer product usage
8+ years marketing experience
5+ years of experience working with product and engineering teams
Experience leading cross-functional product teams, either formally through reporting structure or informally through influence
Experience working autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across multiple cross-functional partners
Understanding of the developer ecosystem and what it means for both businesses and developers
Understanding of the broader advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape to identify product market fit of our products and solutions
MBA or Masters Degree
Experience in online marketing or strategy consulting
Experience working with developer tools
