Product Manager - Revenue Cycle Management
As a Solutions Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and bringing to market solutions for analytics, patient engagement, and revenue management. You will build products from inception to launch based on your industry experience, market research, and feedback from customers and prospects. You will work with the engineering, and business units to define product release requirements, help understand the competitive landscape, product positioning, target customer use cases and markets, and define the go-to-market strategy. You will also serve as the internal evangelist and champion for your product offering.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Own the entire product line life cycle from planning to execution.
Define prioritized product requirements with justification.
Drive a solution set across development teams
Work with engineering architects to initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, build vs. buy choices.
Act as the product owner from an agile scrum environment.
Participate and assist in go-to-market planning, develop product launch plans and work with all stakeholders to execute.
Analyze and build potential partner relationships for the product.
Engage with third-party vendors
What are the requirements needed for this position?
10+ years of product experience
4+ years of RCM software product management experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or other analytical or business acumen-based field
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Passion for healthcare and has worked in similar capacity in the healthcare payer / provider space.
Ability to translate business needs into complex technical requirements, as well as to explain technical abilities & limitations in business terms.
Enjoys spending time with customers to understand their problems and find and define innovative solutions that appeal to broader customer base and market segments
Use influence, negotiation and relationship building techniques to drive product roadmap execution goal
Experience as a product owner, in bringing products to market
Familiar with Jira and Confluence, and has experience with SQL

Must be able to travel up to 10%
