Summary:

Meta Finance’s Process Excellence team serves to educate & advise our internal stakeholders on best practices for driving their own process improvement initiatives, as well as deliver high-impact, cross-functional process improvement projects. The Process Excellence Manager is an exciting role that will focus on executing the goals of the Process Excellence capability, including developing tools & templates, facilitating regular education sessions on process improvement best practices and how to leverage the tools & templates, nurturing & cultivating the Process Excellence community of practice, advising stakeholders as they organize & execute their own process improvement initiatives, and leading internal & external teams on high-impact process improvement projects.

Required Skills:

Process Excellence Manager Responsibilities:

1. Partner with PMO & GPO teams to promote Process Excellence capabilities and foster continuous improvement

2. Develop and maintain an inventory of best-in-class tools and templates to accelerate the impact of process improvement projects and ensure consistent execution

3. Develop and deliver internal trainings on how to perform process optimization and maximize utility of provided tools, templates, and resources, as well as coordinate external Lean Six Sigma trainings and certification programs

4. Cultivate & engage an internal community of practice to facilitate the exchange of best practices, research, case studies, etc.

5. Partner with process owners to define, organize, and mobilize process optimization projects to ensure consistency in approach and set the project up for success

6. Consult with process owners throughout the execution of process optimization projects providing guidance on methodologies, tools, and templates

7. Manage internal & external project teams through the delivery of large-scale process improvement projects, including process definition (e.g., activity taxonomies, process documentation, SIPOC profiles, RACI matrices), process assessment (e.g., root cause analysis, process mining, value stream mapping, maturity assessments), and process improvement (e.g., target state definition, improvement prioritization, business requirements documentation)

8. Collaborate and support Process Excellence team members on how to apply process optimization methodologies on projects and in day-to-day operations

9. Evaluate & deploy process improvement technologies and develop related service offerings for internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment

2. Experience facilitating decision making amongst diverse, differing, or conflicting priorities

3. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain

4. Experience managing process improvement projects and cross functional teams

5. Experience utilizing process optimization methodologies & tools

6. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

7. Demonstrated experience to produce & present professional deliverables, including communications and presentations

1. Experience delivering change management programs and projects

2. Prosci Change Practitioner

3. 6+ years of related experience

4. Experience delivering process improvement programs and projects in a high-tech company

5. Experience delivering process improvement programs and projects in Finance

6. MBA
