Print Production Supervisor

Randstad's client, located in Boston, MA (Downtown area) is seeking an experienced print production supervisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

Pay: $16.00- $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Client Location is a Lawfirm

Responsibilities:

This position handles print production at a client location (Law firm: professional demeanor and appearance is expected)

  • Supervises day-to-day operations of specified 1-3 person site (Does not have hiring, firing, or job performance responsibility)

  • May run shifts or site solo

  • Develops, implements, and reviews related procedures.

  • Invoices accounts and interacts with customers.

  • Assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer expectations are met.

Working hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Skills:

  • Must have production and supervisor experience to be considered

  • Print production background

  • Comfortable delegating tasks to employees

  • Quality & customer focused

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Good organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be willing to submit to background and drug screenings
