What You Will Do:

• Driving the comprehensive strategy and vision for our AI solutions products.

• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.

• Conducting research in the AI solutions domain and using these insights to inform product enhancements.

• Defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

• Providing guidance to teams to ensure consistency across our product portfolio.

• Monitoring key KPIs, providing regular reports to the executive team, and adjusting strategies based on data.

What You Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

• 12+ years of work experience in AI solutions or a similar role.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction.

• Deep understanding of research techniques and ability to convert findings into insights.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

• Leadership capabilities and mentoring skills.

• Experience in Agile development environments.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in related tools and platforms. (Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Apache Spark)

• Experience with MarTech/AdTech solutions or other relevant areas.

• Deep understanding of AI concepts and techniques

• Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
