AWS RoboMaker is a service that makes it easy for developers to build, test, and deploy intelligent robotics applications at scale. The service provides robotics software framework, development, simulation, and fleet management capabilities as an integrated platform. We are looking for a passionate Principal Product Manager - External Services to drive the roadmap of various robotics products and services, and innovate on behalf of our customers.
The ideal candidate enjoys working on complex problems in highly ambiguous areas, product vision and customer value proposition to help define the product roadmap. In addition, this leader will also establish the product requirements, and then drive the product to a successful launch. The successful candidate will interface directly with external customers at every level to identify current and future needs. A successful candidate will bring deep product management expertise, strong business acumen and judgment, the ability to define breakthrough innovations, and the desire to have industry wide impact.
Our team puts a high value on work-life balance. Most days, our entire team is co-located in the office, but we’re also flexible when people occasionally need to work from home. We generally keep core in-office hours from 10am to 4pm. About half of us come in earlier and the other half of us stay later.

· 10+ years of product experience, preferably with large scale enterprise / service-based business experience
· 5+ years of product leadership / management experience in a customer facing role
· Proven success in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment
· Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
· BA/BS required; BS in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics plus MBA preferred.
· Able to work in a diverse team
