Oracle Principal Financial Analyst - NetSuite Services in Boston, Massachusetts
As a member of the NetSuite Finance team, this role will be part of the team responsible for providing finance support for the NetSuite Customer Success Services organization which is a key part of the $2B+ NetSuite business. This includes being a trusted business financial adviser and partner to some of the senior VPs in the NetSuite Consulting Services org.
Assist in the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning process for the Consulting Services function.
Performance variance analysis of actuals and forecasts compared to prior periods, forecasts, and budgets.
Financial presentations to the business and preparation of monthly reporting schedules
Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers.
Must be capable of leveraging the larger Oracle Financial community effectively, gather and analyze information and resolve business issues across the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work closely and collaboratively with Finance, Operations, and business team on a daily basis.
Ensure data quality and accuracy of management reporting and long range planning.
Participate in quarter end activities and contribute in close process.
Proactively drive analysis on key trends and understand business drivers behind the trends we are seeing in the results.
Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed to accelerate AI projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience
8-10 years of relevant finance experience
BS in Finance or Accounting preferred, MBA or CPA a plus
Very strong Excel and good PowerPoint skills are a must
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Finance support of Services functions a nice to have
Must have strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
