<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Being a part of the Supplier Systems team within Partner Operations means you generate energy from being in the center of action. The team sits at the intersection of operations and technology, consulting with Wayfair’s suppliers on transformational system and process improvements that result in the fast, reliable data exchange required to protect the experience of our mutual customers. Wayfair partners with suppliers to optimize their dropship fulfillment performance to generate shorter lead times, improve supply chain visibility and automate order to delivery workflows. The Supplier Systems team is critical to that effort, ensuring suppliers leverage best in class technology and unleash scalable growth.</span></p>

<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Wayfair is seeking a talented and driven leader to build strategy and execute against a roadmap designed to improve supplier dropship performance through the adoption of best -in-class technology (ERP, OMS, WMS, etc). You will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious goals to improve key enablement metrics, and working directly with suppliers within your categories to improve tech capabilities and configurations.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ideal candidate is an energetic team player who understands how to effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.&nbsp; Strong analytical skills are required to analyze performance and efficacy of solutions. Due to the cross-functional nature of this position and high visibility with senior leadership, effective communication, leadership, and senior presence are highly valued.&nbsp; Additionally, structured prioritization and creative problem solving skills are both essential.</span></p>

<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Execute and build strategy to drive adoption of scalable technology solutions to enable fast, efficient, and reliable fulfillment operations today and in the future, through consultation with suppliers and cross-functional teams</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coach and influence suppliers to optimally configure systems and processes to enable successful operations and to meet/exceed Wayfair’s data requirements</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead and support supplier meetings as a subject matter expert to educate, influence, and drive supplier action</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Effectively prioritize a large number of opportunities to drive impact to your category, demonstrating and articulating an understanding of how the work impacts broader operations KPIs and the business as a whole</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner closely with teams across Wayfair, including transportation, data integration, warehousing, inventory planning, engineering, and others to coordinate cross functional projects </span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze key performance metrics to drive change and root cause issues, with an ability to influence suppliers and cross-functional teams effectively</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Regularly communicate with and present to key stakeholders and senior leadership</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">25-50% travel to Wayfair and supplier warehouses to view operations/speak to suppliers first hand (not currently traveling due to Covid-19)</span></li>

<p><strong>What you will need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Basic knowledge of software solutions used to manage orders, inventory, warehouse fulfillment, etc. (e.g. ERP, OMS, etc.) a must</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">B2B sales experience or equivalent client-facing experience a must</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">People management experience a plus, but not required</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in eCommerce or retail distribution preferred</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creative problem solving: ability to think both creatively and critically. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while also fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making strategic decisions</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Good judgement: Ability to manage through ambiguous and subjective situations, including balancing efficiency and data analysis with high quality standards and a sense of what is “right” for the customer</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communication: Ability to clearly and consistently work side-by-side across functions and departments synthesizing multiple points of view into a coherent action plan</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analytical: Process-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets and making data-driven decisions</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Team player: Willingness and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment</span></li>
