iCIMS Partner Marketing Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts

We’re seeking an experienced partner marketing professional to join our Partnership team as a Partner Marketing Specialist. You’ll have the opportunity to co-create and execute a marketing strategy to help drive visibility into the iCIMS partner ecosystem. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for assisting with collateral and thought leadership content and demand generation for partners. Responsibilities + Build and execute joint marketing programs and campaigns with technology, services, strategic, and reseller partners + Own the administration and execution of the iCIMS MDF program and all associated processes and procedures tied to improving the program + Strategize with marketing leaders about how to best leverage iCIMS collateral to convey our message to partner audiences + Manage the execution of partner-focused campaigns with the goal of returning value to iCIMS most productive partners, while also increasing new business opportunities for the direct sales team + Working with Content Strategy, develop an expansive portfolio of campaigns that can be launched across the partner network. + Consult and work with Partner Relationship Managers to ensure supporting campaigns resonate with industry topics + Nurture and build strong relationships with internal marketing teams and the partner ecosystem + Continuously improve processes for creating demand generation for the business and for our partners + Additional responsibilities supporting partner functions as assigned Qualifications + 2+ years of experience in generating marketing campaigns in a lead generation-oriented environment + Excellent communication skills are a must + Strong interpersonal skills + Comfortable presenting strategic recommendations to executive level stakeholders + Ability to mentor and coach junior-level resources within functional areas + Ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment + Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple initiatives at once + Bright, outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented + Display a willingness to learn, while simultaneously offering insight, suggestions, and feedback to iCIMS' management + Ability to analyze and gain insights from large sets of data to drive business decisions + Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications + Positive attitude and desire to grow with department and company + 10% travel EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs. Compensation and Benefits The target total compensation for this role is $ 65,000-$86,600 Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
